1. Program Overview
1.1 Bootcamp: A 12-week or 8-week, instructor-led AI Implementation Bootcamp comprising live virtual sessions, hands-on workshops, peer community, and supporting materials (“Program”).
1.2 Cohort Dates: The Program is scheduled to commence on the later of (a) the advertised start date or (b) the date on which the Provider confirms that minimum enrollment has been met.
2. Services & Deliverables
2.1 AIFM will:
- Deliver either 12 or 8 (depending on the chosen cohort) live, interactive training modules (approx. 90 minutes each)
- Provide access to session recordings for six (6) months post-completion.
- Supply templates, checklists, and other learning assets (“Materials”).
2.2 Participant will:
- Attend live sessions or review recordings.
- Complete weekly assignments and a capstone project.
- Follow the Code of Conduct in Section 9.
3. Fees & Payment
3.1 Tuition: USD $1,999 per Participant.
- a. Deposit to Secure Seat: A USD $500 deposit is payable at registration and will be credited toward the Tuition once the cohort is confirmed.
- b. Payment of the Balance (USD $1,499): The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days before the program start date.
- c. One Seat per Participant: Each registration is for a single Participant only. Sharing access (e.g., multiple individuals attending via the same login, device, or seat) is not permitted.
- d. Multiple Seats: Organisations may purchase multiple seats in a single registration. Each seat corresponds to one Participant and must be assigned to a named individual no later than 48 hours before the Program start date.
3.2 Payment Method: All payments must be made through AIFMs designated payment platform. Late or incomplete payments may suspend access to the Program.
3.3 Provisional Enrollment & Refunds: All monies paid—including the USD $500 deposit—are held in escrow until AIFM confirms that minimum enrollment has been met. If the cohort is not confirmed within fourteen (14) days of the advertised start date, the Participant may (a) defer all payments to a future cohort, or (b) receive a full refund of every amount paid, including the deposit.
3.4 Taxes and Withholding: The Tuition fee is a fixed amount and must be paid in full. It does not cover any taxes or charges required by the Participant’s local authorities (e.g., Withholding Tax). These are the sole responsibility of the Participant. If local laws require such deductions, the Participant shall adjust the payment so that AIFM still receives the full tuition fee as invoiced.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- 4.1 Participant may cancel up to 14 calendar days before the confirmed start date for a 75% refund; thereafter, all fees are non-refundable.
